This Kit includes

-1x SFX to PS2 PSU adaptor bracket.

-1x 20pin special adaptor suitable for the Synology NAS listed. (to be attached to 2x Molex and 1x SATA connector on your SFX PSU).

-Screws to attach the adaptor to your SFX PSU.

 

This Kit does not include the Power Supply Unit.

This Kit converts any standard SFX PSU (size 63x125x100mm) into a PS2 PSU (size 85x150x140mm) with the special 20pin Synology connector required for the computers listed below.

 

Why get this kit?

-The original Synology PSU is very expensive and is now discontinued.

-The PS2 type of PSU suitable for the NAS listed requires an 8cm fan to allow proper ventilation. All newest PS2 PSU come with a 12cm fan on top which would be blocked by the computer lid. This problem is solved by using an SFX PSU in conjunction with our Kit.
