3 Samples
-Free testing samples are not available. All goods must be
purchased at the advertised prices and may be returned within 30 days if unwanted
or unsuitable.
-Orders can be placed online only.
-Full payment should be received
before dispatch of goods.
-Payment can be made by Paypal and
by all major credit cards.
-3 Interest-free payments available
via Paypal.
-For bank transfer, contact us to
obtain bank details
-Instant
and easy payments can also be sent directly to our Paypal account. Ask for
details.
Delivery prices
-All prices are exclusive of
carriage.
-Carriage cost depends on the destination
and weight of the consignment.
-Occasionally, additional shipping
costs may be required depending on the destination, in which case we may contact
you.
Delivery time
-We make every effort to dispatch
goods ASAP, but we are not responsible for the courier’s possible delays.
-Most goods are shipped by tracked courier
and a signature may be required upon delivery.
-Small items may be shipped by
standard post without tracking number depending on the destination and value.
7 Note about substitute
Power Supply Units
-Our Power Supply Units may not be from your original PSU
manufacturer and may come with a different model number. They are high-quality
alternative PSUs suitable for the list of products advertised. In most cases, they do the job without issue. However, we cannot guarantee that they are always
100% compatible with your hardware specifications. In some very rare cases, slight adjustments may be required to fit your computer:
-Missing connectors: we
can supply free additional adaptors (when available) to meet your needs. Please check your connector requirements.
-Fitting problem: Most
screw holes on our PSUs match the chassis and are sufficient to hold it in
place, however, some screw holes may be missing or our fitting bracket may not
fit perfectly.
-Electric
incompatibility: Some working PSUs may appear faulty due to unexplained
electric compatibility. We can replace them with an alternative PSU or refund.
-Different fan
position: It usually does not affect the airflow or cooling efficiency.
-When available, we can provide free additional parts to go
with our PSUs.
-We cannot be held responsible for incompatibility but we
are happy to assist and are usually able to provide a solution or accept a
return. Those compatibility issues are very rare but please do contact us with
pictures should you require assistance.
-Shortage or damage should be notified to Vanda Trading
within 3 day of delivery.
-Vanda Trading will refund, repair or replace goods
providing prompt notice is given and providing it is proven that damage or loss
occurred during transit.
-Power Supply Units are covered by our 2-year warranty unless
specified otherwise.
-All other items are covered by a 30-day warranty.
-We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the misuse of our products. Contact us or seek professional assistance if you don't feel confident enough to perform your repair.
-All returns must be accompanied
by a valid RMA number provided by Vanda Trading. Returns sent without RMA
number will be rejected and the customer will be charged for the return
delivery.
-If a replacement is required,
damaged or faulty parts may be returned on their own if possible.
-If a refund is required, goods must include all original parts. Any missing parts will not be replaced or refunded.
-If the reason for the return is due to the buyer's mistake, all postage costs are the buyer's responsibility and the original postage will be deducted from the refund.
-If the reason for the return is due to the seller's mistake, or because the item arrived damaged or faulty, the seller is responsible for the return and replacement postage cost.
-Contact us to request an RMA number
and return address.
-The customers are responsible for paying all postage charges unless agreed otherwise.
-Returned goods will be replaced or refunded
providing:
-They are returned with a valid RMA number,
-They were purchased from Vanda Trading,
-The warranty policy still covers them.
-Goods out of warranty or not bought
from Vanda Trading will not be replaced or refunded and will be sent back at
the customer's expense.
-Vanda Trading is not a VAT-registered business and does not collect VAT.
-Import and local taxes: When
shipping outside the UK, all customs duty, taxes and other local charges that
may be due upon arrival are the buyer’s responsibility. The destination country imposes these taxes and are beyond our control.
-We take the Data Protection Act seriously and do not make your details and information available to any other
commercial organization.
-We may occasionally inform you of
new Vanda Trading products and special offers we believe may be of interest to
you. Please do inform us if you do not wish to be updated.
-The risk in the goods shall pass from Vanda Trading to the
customer upon delivery.
-Title and property of goods shall not pass to the customer until full payment is received by Vanda Trading.
