Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Vanda Trading you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Prices and quotations
- All prices are exclusive of carriage cost.
- Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
- Please check our website for the latest prices and promotions.
2. Special offers
- Special offers are subject to availability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No special offer can be reserved until full payment is received.
- Unless otherwise stated, special offer items carry no warranty. No replacement or refund will be given.
3. Samples
- Free testing samples are not available. All goods must be purchased at the advertised price.
- Items may be returned within 30 days if unwanted or unsuitable — see our returns policy below.
4. Placing an order
- Orders can be placed online only through our website or eBay store.
5. Payment
- Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
- We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
- 3 interest-free payments are available via PayPal.
- Bank transfer is available — please contact us to obtain our bank details.
6. Delivery
Delivery costs
- All prices are exclusive of carriage. Delivery cost depends on destination and weight.
- Free delivery on all UK orders.
- Occasionally, additional shipping costs may apply for certain international destinations — we will contact you if this is the case.
Delivery time
- We make every effort to dispatch goods as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
- Most goods are shipped by tracked courier and a signature may be required on delivery.
- Small, low-value items may be shipped by standard post without a tracking number, depending on destination.
7. Note about substitute power supply units
Our PSUs may not be from your original manufacturer and may carry a different model number. They are high-quality alternative units suitable for the products listed in each product description. In most cases they work without issue. However, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility in every situation. Rare compatibility considerations include:
- Missing connectors: We can supply free additional adaptors (where available) to meet your requirements.
- Fitting issues: Most screw holes match the chassis, but occasionally a bracket may not fit perfectly.
- Electrical incompatibility: In rare cases a PSU may appear faulty due to compatibility. We will replace it with an alternative or issue a full refund.
- Different fan position: This typically does not affect airflow or cooling efficiency.
We cannot be held responsible for incompatibility, but we are happy to assist and can usually provide a solution or accept a return. Please contact us with photos if you need assistance.
8. Damage & shortage
- Any shortage or damage must be reported to Vanda Trading within 3 days of delivery.
- We will refund, repair, or replace goods where prompt notice is given and it is confirmed that damage or loss occurred in transit.
9. Warranty
- All new power supply units are covered by our 2-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
- All other items are covered by a 30-day warranty.
- We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse of our products. Please contact us or seek professional assistance if you are unsure about installation.
10. Returns
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number provided by Vanda Trading. Returns sent without an RMA number will be rejected and the customer will be charged for the return delivery.
- If a replacement is required, only the faulty or damaged part needs to be returned where possible.
- If a refund is required, goods must be returned with all original parts included. Missing parts will not be refunded.
- If the return is due to a buyer error, all postage costs are the buyer's responsibility and the original postage cost will be deducted from the refund.
- If the return is due to a seller error or the item arrived damaged or faulty, Vanda Trading covers all return and replacement postage costs.
- Returned goods will be replaced or refunded provided they are returned with a valid RMA number, were purchased from Vanda Trading, and are still within warranty.
- Goods out of warranty or not purchased from Vanda Trading will not be replaced or refunded and will be returned at the customer's expense.
- Please contact us to request an RMA number and return address.
11. Taxes
- Vanda Trading is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT.
- For orders shipped outside the UK, any customs duty, import taxes, or local charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. These are imposed by the destination country and are beyond our control.
12. Data protection
- We take data protection seriously. Your personal details will never be shared with or sold to any third-party commercial organisation.
- We may occasionally contact you with information about new Vanda Trading products or offers we believe may be relevant to you. Please let us know if you would prefer not to receive these updates.
13. Ownership & risk
- Risk in the goods passes from Vanda Trading to the customer upon delivery.
- Title and ownership of goods does not pass to the customer until full payment has been received by Vanda Trading.
