Missing a connector or part?
Before returning an item, please get in touch with us — many issues like a missing cable, connector, or adaptor can be resolved quickly and at no cost to you. We carry a wide range of PSU cables and adaptors and are usually able to supply the missing part as a free addition to your order.
This saves you the hassle of repacking and returning the item, and gets your system up and running much faster. Simply contact us with a photo or description of what's missing and we will sort it out.

All new power supply units sold by Vanda Trading carry a 2-year warranty as standard — double the industry norm. If a PSU develops a fault within the warranty period, we will replace it or issue a full refund. No fuss.
All other products carry a 30-day warranty. If something arrives damaged or stops working, contact us and we will put it right.
